Shipping Within France

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of each business day. Shipped packages can take up to 14 business days after an order is placed to arrive at the destination. 

Delivery times can vary based on the destination, carrier, weather and unforeseen circumstances such as COVID-19*. Packages may be subject to inspection at ports of entry and processing centers. This may affect the delivery time frame for all shipped items.

Some International shipments may also be subject to offshore government duties and taxes, depending on which part of the world the order is being placed from. Please note that these charges are payable by the recipient of the package and not MAAMES. We advise you to contact your local customs authorities to inquire prior to ordering your goods.

* All products go through a sanitizing process and are packaged wearing gloves to ensure safety*

Shipping options available are Relais (shipping within France and some European states) and Collisimo (other countries).

There is a flat rate of 6.50€ for shipments within France.

Free standard shipping on orders over 65€ within Fance. Free shipping on orders over 80€ to Europe. Free shipping on orders over 120€ to the rest of the world.

A shipment confirmation notice is sent for all packages that are shipped.

International Shipping

We offer International shipping. The rates are calculated at the checkout. We have limited control over the prices set.

Please note that international shipments may attract customs import duties and taxes billable to the recipient of the goods. We are unable to advise on exact amounts and therefore suggest that you contact your local customs for more information on international orders before placing your order. If you provide the nature of the goods and where you are ordering from, they may be able to give you an estimation of the import taxes.

General Overview

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped out. Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

An email to beauty@maames.com  will be required to initiate all processes for return exchanges and refunds.

Note: The purchase of an E-Gift Card and/or a Subscription Box is final sale and will not be eligible for a refund and/or return.

To be eligible for a RETURN :

  • Our return policy is 14 days after the original date of purchase, after which we are unable to offer a refund or exchange after.

  • Items are not what you ordered, i.e. wrong items were delivered to you.

  • Items delivered to the wrong address, i.e. you are not the intended customer of the goods received.

  • Items were damaged upon delivery. (please note that a picture of the damaged product(s) no later than 24hrs will be required to send t us upon immediate receipt of the goods)

  • We do not accept returns on sale items, opened and or used items.

To be eligible for an EXCHANGE:

  • Wrong items sent out, must be returned to us un-used and still in the original state / packaging, as received to be exchanged.

  • items purchased in error can be exchanged as long as they have not been shipped yet. an email to beauty@maames.com must be sent to initiate the process.

To be eligible for a REFUND:

  • All refunds will be issued in a form of store credit or redeemable gift card.

  • We do not issue cash refunds.
